Madison's Birthday - Big #1
I was able to take off work and spend the day with Madison on her 1st B-day. Her big day was filled with events. We started with a trip to Harris Teeter in the morning (which she didn't mind because she got a ballon), went to Monkey Joes around lunch time (kiddie indoor amusement park), visited dad at work after our jumping excursion ended, then came home and went for a wagon ride. After dinner, we all went out to get ice cream at Cold Stone Creamery. Madison LOVED her strawberry icecream with sprinkles. We couldn't feed her fast enough! She had a great 1st b-day :)

1st Birthday Party!
Madison had her first birthday party this past weekend. Her birthday theme was cupcakes :)We thought she would dig right into her cake, but she did exactly the opposite - she made a face and spit it out! Many of Madison's friends were able to come and celebrate her birthday: Leslie, Charlotte, Drew, Anna, Clara, Ava, and Kamryn. All of her family were also able to join us as well to watch her open presents and eat cake!
Easter
Even though Madison was sick on yet another holiday, she enjoyed meeting the Easter Bunny and hunting Easter Eggs. She had to shake each one as she picked it up before she put it in her basket.
